A Youngtown man was killed in a car accident July 27, reports azcentral.  The deadly accident occurred on Interstate 10 near 59th Ave.  The crash is still being investigated by the Dept. of Public Safety.  Nine other people were injured in the crash, and two are in critical condition.  The two-car crash caused one of the vehicles to roll over and five people were ejected.

An accident in Phoenix on Sunday left three people with serious injuries reports azcentral.  The accident location was at 40th Street and Greenway Road.  The accident occurred when a Hummer crashed into the side of a smaller vehicle.  Two young passengers, ages 21 and 25, were extricated by firefighters and taken to the hospital in critical condition.  Another individual was taken to the hospital and is in stable condition.

The Phoenix New Times has reported that a 24 year old man has been arrested in a fatal DUI car accident Saturday morning.  The accused, Andre Jeremy Wilkinson was driving his pickup in the early hours when he slammed into the rear end of a car stopped at a red light.  Mr. Wilkinson was speeding and didn't even hit the brakes before colliding into the other car.  The driver of the car died after the accident, which had crushed the rear end of his car.  Mr. Wilkinson was given an alcohol test and measured .227 blood alcohol concentration level, almost three times the legal limit.

The Sahuarita Sun reports that a two car crash June 24 outside Sonoita injured one person.  A Green Valley resident was flown by air ambulance to Tucson to be treated after the accident.   Law enforcement officer Quentin G. Mehr of the Arizona Department of Public Safety reported that the accident happened when a passenger car failed to stop for traffic and smashed into another car stopped in traffic.
